Cancellation & rescheduling policy
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
If you miss the session or cancel within 24 hours, the session fee is non-refundable.
If we need to reschedule for any reason, you will be offered a new time slot.
Refund policy
Because this is a time-based professional service:
Payments are refundable only if the session is cancelled by us or if we cannot deliver the service.
After a session has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
If you have an issue, contact us, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
